Interested to work as our Representative?

We encourage agents who want to work with us with highest level of ethics and dedication towards our client. Agents will not be able charge additional fees from the clients but they will be remunerated in the form of commission by us. As a member of CSIC, we are governed by professional code of conduct, and we expect out agents to be aware and compliant with the same. We expect utmost honesty and professionalism from our agents while dealing with our clients.

At present, our agents would be expected of following activities:

  1. Advertising
  2. Providing professional office and infrastructure to facilitate local operation
  3. Collecting information from prospective clients and forwarding the same to our Toronto office
  4. Providing a first tear of reliable contact for the client by addressing the clients concern/ inquiry with shortest possible time by contacting the head office

Our head office at Toronto bears sole responsibility of initial assessment, the decision to accept the case and case processing.

Process:

  1. Download Agent Information Form (AIF), by clicking here
  2. Submission of Representative Information Form
  3. Start referring clients to us by filling out our PIQ for any prospective clients and mentioning your name as a referee, and email for our assessment
  4. Once we have completed our assessment of your referrals and reviewed your information, we will contact you directly with the outcome of our assessment and a proposed remuneration package
  5. Within one week of our acceptance of your first referred client, we may send you a Letter of Acceptance as a Referee, if we are positive working with you further after discussion with you
  6. After acceptance of 10 cases, referred by you, we may designate you as our authorized representative, if all other conditions are met
  7. We will provide you with formal training and material to represent us with knowledge, effectiveness and authority

Remuneration: In general, our agents are paid per client who signs up, with the amount depending on the number of clients
