This is the simplest and the fastest option to immigrate. If you have minimum net worth of CAN$ 800,000 or more and have a business management experience, please contact us to show the way you and your family can immigrate to Canada.

This category is ideal for those effluent people who want to immigrate to Canada permanently but do not qualify under a skilled worker, and upon their arrival in Canada do not want to be obliged to start a business or upon their arrival in Canada.

There are two programs to choose from:

  1. Federal Investor Program
  2. Quebec Investor Program


To be eligible to apply for Permanent Residence in Canada in the Investor Category,

  1. Investors must demonstrate business experience,
  2. Must have minimum net worth of CN$800,000 for Federal and Quebec Investor Program. The investor's net worth need not have been created by his/her own efforts, but must have been legally obtained (ex. Gift, Inheritance, etc.). Assets of spouse can also be included in net work calculation.
  3. Make an investment of CN$400,000 for 5 years without interest
    Before visa issuance, an Investor must pay CN$400,000 to the Receiver General of Canada. Citizenship and Immigration Canada, as an agent for approved provincial government-administered funds, will issue a debt obligation to the Investor for CN$400,000 which is repayable without interest, thirty day after the expiry of five year allocation period.

Financing Option:

If you do not have liquid amount CN$400,000 or if you like to take advantage of financing option, measures are in place at Headquarters of Citizenship and Immigration Canada to support the process. It is your responsibility to arrange the finance.

We will introduce you to financial institutions in Canada who are specialized in finance package for Investor immigrant applicants. Usually, with a deposit of approximately CN$120,000, an Investor can secure balance loan to complete the obligation of CN$400,000 investment. After five year, this initial deposit of CN$120,000 goes towards cost of borrowing the money. However, this cost may vary with interest rates fluctuation.
