Permanent Resident (PR) Applications
Canadian law requires that an application to become permanent resident of Canada must be made outside of Canada. However, in certain cases where the Canadian interest outweigh the requirement of law, it is permitted to have the processing of permanent status application from within Canada.
- If your parents are visiting Canada and if it can be proved that they will face unusual and undeserved hardship if they have leave Canada
- If you are married to Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident and are in Canada legally or illegally
