Self- employed persons must demonstrate that they have intention and ability to create an employment for themselves in a area that makes a significant contribution to the cultural and artistic or athletic life of Canada or by purchasing and managing a farm in Canada.

Who can be qualify under this program?

1. Who is self employed in cultural activities and athletics
   
2. Who have participated at a world class level in cultural or athletics
   
3. Who have farm management experience and have intention and ability to purchase and manage a farm in Canada

If you have previous farming or farm management experience and have capacity and desire to own and manage a farm in Canada, you and your family can immigrate to Canada, permanently.
